01 Campaigns that have not started
If you cancel a campaign before it has started delivering traffic, its campaign funds are eligible for a full refund. Contact us promptly with your account email and campaign identifier so we can check the delivery status and process the request.
For example, if you fund a campaign with $20 and cancel before it starts driving traffic, the $20 campaign amount can be refunded.
02 Campaigns that have started
Once a campaign has started delivering traffic, its campaign funds are nonrefundable, including when the campaign is still running or has completed. This rule concerns the campaign in question.
Advertising performance varies. A lack of sales, leads or conversions does not by itself create a refund entitlement under this policy.
03 Monthly services and cancellation
Monthly service fees are nonrefundable. You may cancel your plan at any time to prevent the next monthly renewal. Service continues through the end of the billing period already paid for, then ends without another renewal charge.
Contact us to request cancellation and identify the account and plan. Goodwill compensation may be considered case by case; its form and amount are not guaranteed.
04 Requesting a refund
Email advertiseking369@gmail.com with your account email, campaign identifier and cancellation or refund request. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
We will review campaign delivery status and confirm whether the request is eligible. For an approved refund, we will confirm the method and expected processing time. Bank or payment-processing times may vary.
05 Your legal rights
Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including any applicable consumer cancellation or refund rights. Where mandatory law requires a different outcome, that law applies.
