Privacy Policy

Your information. Handled with care.

Draft updated October 26, 2026

01 Scope and current website status

This draft explains how AdPopz intends to handle information through its website and advertising services. The application, contact and guide forms submit information securely to our website. We store submission details and consent choices, use an email delivery provider to deliver requested guides and forward enquiries and applications to our team. Submitting an application does not create an advertising account.

Before live collection is enabled, this policy must be checked against the actual dashboard, integrations and tracking configuration. Separate third-party websites may have their own privacy notices.

02 Information you provide

When you contact us, apply for an account or use our services, relevant information may include your name, email address, company, website, niche, selected plan, advertising spend range, messages and communication preferences. Campaign administration may also involve creatives, destination URLs, budgets, account activity and transaction records.

Please do not include passwords, full payment-card details or unnecessary sensitive personal information in application or contact messages.

03 Technical information and cookies

Website hosting and delivery can involve technical data such as IP addresses, browser and device information, request times and security logs. Form abuse controls use temporary hashed identifiers to limit repeated requests. The published design also loads web fonts from an external font service, which receives technical connection information when the font files are requested.

Analytics, advertising pixels, retargeting and their associated cookies have not been confirmed for this website. This draft does not claim that these tools are active or that a cookie-consent system is already in place. If non-essential tracking is introduced, we will update the notice and provide any legally required choices before activating it.

04 Why information is used

  • Respond to enquiries and assess account applications.
  • Provide and manage requested advertising services and customer support.
  • Administer billing, campaign funding and refund requests.
  • Protect accounts, investigate misuse and meet legal obligations.
  • Deliver requested guides and send marketing updates where permitted by your consent and applicable law.

Information should be collected and used only to the extent needed for the disclosed purpose. A materially different use requires an appropriate notice and, where required, your consent.

05 Service providers and disclosures

Providing services may require sharing relevant information with categories of providers such as website hosting and security, email delivery, payment processing, advertising-platform operations and campaign-delivery partners. We describe these categories rather than naming individual vendors. Access should be limited to what is needed to provide the relevant service, under appropriate confidentiality and data-handling arrangements.

Information may also be disclosed where required by law or to address fraud, security incidents or legal claims. Any proposed new disclosure practice must be assessed and reflected in this policy before it begins.

06 International processing

AdPopz is based in Canada and serves customers worldwide. Depending on the services and providers used, information may be processed outside your province or country and may be subject to the laws and lawful access requests of those locations. Contact us for information about processing relevant to your account.

07 Retention and security

Information should be retained only as long as needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including providing services, resolving disputes and meeting applicable recordkeeping obligations. When no longer needed, it should be securely deleted or anonymized. Specific operational retention periods are still being finalized. You may contact us to request deletion.

Safeguards must be appropriate to the sensitivity of the information and include access controls and secure handling. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

08 Your choices and requests

You can contact us to request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, or deletion where applicable. You may also withdraw consent to consent-based processing, subject to legal or contractual restrictions; we will explain any effect on services you requested. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

Depending on your location and the applicable law, additional rights may apply, including objection, restriction or portability. Requests will be handled within the applicable legal time limits. You may raise concerns with us or with your relevant privacy regulator.

09 Email preferences

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in those messages or by contacting us. Necessary account, billing and service messages are separate from marketing preferences. Submitting a support enquiry does not by itself subscribe you to marketing.
